Privacy Policy

This policy explains how QYNETIC TECHNOLOGY LTD (“Destini”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use the Destini website and mobile application. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to wogailabs@gmail.com.

• Account information, including your email address and any name you provide.
• Birth details and other information you enter to create a requested cultural reading.
• Face and palm images you choose to upload for a detailed face or palm report. We save these images only when a signed-in account saves that report.
• Saved face and palm detailed reports, report-delivery records, account preferences, consent choices, and support communications.
• Technical and usage data, including IP address, device/browser information, and feature-use events used for security and service operations.

We use data to authenticate your account, generate and deliver the reading you request, maintain your profile and saved face and palm reports, prevent abuse, operate and secure the service, and send marketing email only when you have opted in.

Saved reports are private. We make a report available to its signed-in account owner, or to someone using the time-limited link delivered for that specific report.

Destini provides cultural reflection and entertainment. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

We use Vercel to run the website and API, Supabase for authentication and database services, BigModel.cn to generate requested AI readings, and Resend to send requested emails. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal data.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We use HTTPS for data in transit and restrict operational access to authorized personnel and service providers.

We retain account information and saved face and palm reports, including their uploaded images, while your account is active unless a shorter period is required by law. BaZi, compatibility, I Ching, and naming results are not currently saved to a Destini account after the active browser session.

You can delete Destini profile data, saved face and palm reports, report-delivery records, and associated app data from the Profile screen in the mobile app without deleting a shared sign-in used by other products. You can also use our data deletion page to submit a request if you cannot access the app. Routine infrastructure backups rotate automatically and deleted records are not restored to the live service. Deleting all connected-product data requires a separate, explicit request and verification.

You may update profile information, opt out of marketing through the unsubscribe link in an email, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or information about your data. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Destini is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information or images for a child without appropriate parent or guardian authorization.

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the date above.
